About Me

Hi There, Beautiful Goddess, Welcome!

I spent years training full-time, running a gym, coaching clients, and building my brand. I pushed hard, hit big goals, and looked strong doing it. But behind the scenes, I was burned out. I ignored recovery, lost energy, and eventually got diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and Stage 2 Adrenal Dysfunction. That moment forced me to change everything.

I’ve worked in this industry for over 15 years. I’ve owned a brick-and-mortar gym, built a global coaching business, led international women’s strength workshops, and coached for Cirque du Soleil. I’ve also competed in powerlifting, completed the StrongFirst Iron Maiden Challenge, and held leadership roles at the highest level of strength education.

But what matters most is what I’ve learned through the mistakes. You can train hard and build real strength without breaking yourself down. These programs are proof of that.
